About
Korean food, explained — and where to eat it
Klip explains Korean dishes for visitors: in short videos on Instagram and YouTube, and in full on this site. Each dish page covers what it is, how to eat it and what to say when you order, then points you to places in Seoul to try it.
How we pick
- 1
Food first.
Every dish page explains what it is, how it tastes, how to eat it and what to say when you order.
- 2
Clear about our sources.
Hours, prices and addresses come from Naver Map, Korea’s main map app. Places we have visited in person say so with a date; the rest are marked as not yet checked in person.
- 3
Useful, not exhaustive.
A few good places per dish, each with what to order, how to get there and how to get a table.
- 4
Partners are labelled.
Restaurants can pay to be featured. Those pages say “Partner”, and we write them the same way as every other page.
